Telegram

Connect a Telegram bot to a SupportGPT agent.

Telegram uses a bot token flow rather than OAuth.

Connect Telegram

  1. Open an agent.
  2. Go to Actions -> Integrations.
  3. Choose Telegram.
  4. The setup page opens and asks for a Telegram bot token.
  5. Paste the token from BotFather.
  6. Verify and connect the bot.

Create A Bot Token

  1. Open Telegram.
  2. Search for @BotFather.
  3. Create a new bot or use an existing bot.
  4. Copy the bot token.
  5. Paste the token into the SupportGPT Telegram setup page.

Notes

  • Keep the bot token private.
  • If verification fails, confirm the token is copied exactly and that the bot still exists.
  • Disconnect Telegram from Actions -> Integrations if you need to rotate credentials.
