Start Here

  1. Sign in at supportgpt.app.
  2. Create or select a workspace.
  3. Create an agent from the workspace dashboard.
  4. Add knowledge sources: files, text snippets, Q&A, website crawl, or Notion.
  5. Test the agent in Playground.
  6. Deploy it from Deploy -> Embed or Deploy -> Share.

What Is Current

  • Workspace dashboard for agents, usage, members, billing, and plans.
  • Agent sources for PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, text snippets, Q&A pairs, website crawl, and Notion pages/databases.
  • AI settings for model, custom instructions, temperature, and retrieval match threshold.

Important Scope

SupportGPT currently exposes a hosted embed widget and authenticated dashboard routes. The /api/* routes in the app are implementation routes for the dashboard and widget; they are not documented as a stable public REST API yet.
