Integrations
Current SupportGPT integration options for sources, providers, actions, and website embeds.
SupportGPT integrations are available in three areas of the app.
Website Embed
Use Deploy -> Embed to install the hosted chat bubble, Next.js script, or iframe. This is the primary production integration path today.
Source Integrations
Use Sources -> Notion to connect a Notion workspace and sync pages or databases as agent knowledge.
Website crawling is also available from Sources -> Website for public HTML pages.
Action Integrations
Use Actions -> Available actions to create API actions for an agent. An action includes:
- Name.
- Description of when to use it.
- API URL.
- HTTP method.
- Inputs.
- Optional headers/body/response mapping where configured.
Use Actions -> Integrations to connect provider accounts. The dashboard includes provider connection flows for Slack, Stripe, Calendly, Zendesk, Notion, Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram, depending on deployment environment variables and provider configuration.
Current Limits
SupportGPT does not currently document a stable public REST API, public webhook API, or npm SDK. Use the hosted widget, iframe, Notion source sync, and dashboard action configuration for production integrations.
