Notion
Sync Notion pages and databases into SupportGPT knowledge sources.
The current Notion integration is a source integration. It lets SupportGPT read selected Notion pages and databases, extract text, embed the content, and store it as workspace knowledge.
Connect Notion
- Open an agent.
- Go to Sources -> Notion.
- Select Connect Notion.
- Complete the Notion authorization popup.
- After the connection succeeds, choose the pages or databases to sync.
- Select Sync.
What Gets Synced
SupportGPT extracts plain text from:
- Notion pages.
- Notion databases.
- Rich text blocks.
- Headings, paragraphs, lists, quotes, code, tables, toggles, bookmarks, links, and child blocks where the Notion API returns them.
Synced items are stored as workspace files named like:
Notion: Page title.Notion DB: Database title.
Update Existing Content
When a Notion page changes, sync it again from Sources -> Notion. Delete old synced files if you no longer want the agent to retrieve from that version.
Troubleshooting
- If Notion does not show a page, make sure the page is shared with the connected Notion integration.
- If sync fails, reconnect Notion and try again.
- If a page has very little text, it may be skipped because there is no substantial content to embed.
- If answers are stale, delete older Notion source files and sync the latest version.
